We are FASTSIGNS of Coeur d’Alene, and we are opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art center powered by a unique leadership duo: a veteran owner with a proven track record of success and a visionary leader dedicated to coaching you to your highest potential.

We don't just "make signs." We solve challenges for local businesses using the most advanced tech in the industry (including our brand-new, FASTSIGNS-exclusive Epson printer fleet). We are looking for a founding team member to take the lead on our inside sales and client relationships.

The Opportunity: Why This is Different
This isn't a "sit and wait for the phone to ring" job. You are a Project Partner. You’ll be the bridge between a client’s vision and a finished masterpiece.
  • Expert Mentorship: You’ll receive one week of professional, all-expenses-paid training (in May) at our HQ in Carrollton, TX, followed by daily 1-on-1 coaching from owners who have already built successful businesses.
  • Autonomy & Space: We provide the tools and the framework; you provide the execution. We believe in "freedom within a framework"—we want you to do it your way, as long as the results are exceptional.

Who You Are (The "High-EQ" Professional)
We aren't looking for "desperate." We are looking for driven. You are likely a retail or sales professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready for a professional environment where your integrity and curiosity are rewarded.

  • The Listener: You hear what the client isn't saying. You take meticulous notes and ask the right questions.
  • The Communicator: You are a pro on the phone. You follow up, you update, and you close the loop—even when there’s no new news.
  • The Partner: You act as a consultant, not a clerk. You enjoy the "hunter" aspect of networking but have the "helper" heart of a project manager.
  • The Professional: You have high emotional intelligence. You stay calm under pressure and have the integrity to do the right thing when no one is looking.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you’ll master our CRM and estimation software, learn our specialized materials, and begin managing standard leads from initial contact to signed estimate with total confidence. You’ll be the face of our reputation: Dependable, Professional, and Quality-Driven.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
